After surgery, the gum is repositioned and sutured to hold it in place until it heals.

Periodontal Therapy involves the enhancement of the gum tissue which holds your teeth in place. Diseased tissue must be replaced with healthy tissue whenever possible. While our in-office periodontists emphasize a more comfortable non-surgical approach, surgical care is also available. Should you have any questions regarding Periodontal Therapy, please don’t hesitate to call.
